10. Hero/Artifact Improvements and Bug Fixes

The stats for Heroes at certain levels has been improved and adjustments have been made to certain Hero/Artifacts and buffs.

Bugs that certain artifacts had have also been fixed. Please see below for more information.

■ 4★, 5★ Characters Stats Increase

■ Dingo (4★, Warrior, Fire) 

The text that displays when enhancing the skill ‘Material Repair’ has been adjusted from increased effects to increased bleeding effects.

Adjustments have been made so that there is a 30% chance to activate Quick Grill when the skill ‘Material Repair’ is used.

Material Repair (Before) 
Cuts the enemy with a cleaver, with a 35% (Max. 50%) chance to cause bleeding for 2 turns.
Material Repair (After) 
Cuts the enemy with a cleaver, with a 35% (Max. 50%) chance to cause bleeding for 2 turns and a 30% chance to activate Quick Grill.


■Baal & Sezan (5★, Mage, Fire)

Cooldown for the skill ‘Dark Cloud’ has been reduced for 1 turn.

Dark Cloud
Summons the Cloud of Darkness to attack all enemies, dealing damage proportional to the number of debuffs inflicted on the enemy. When the enemy is defeated by this attack, the cooldown for Last Requiem is reset.

The chance for all effects of Last Requiem to trigger has been increased by 15%.

Last Requiem (Before)
Baal & Sezan attack all enemies with Strike Magic, with a 50% (Max. 70%) chance to decrease Speed and make them unhealable for 2 turns.
Last Requiem (After)
Baal & Sezan attack all enemies with Strike Magic, with a 65% (Max. 85%) chance to decrease Speed and make them unhealable for 2 turns.


■ Yufine (5★, Warrior, Earth)

Adjustments have been made so that the caster is granted increased Attack and Speed for 2 turns when the skill Dragon’s Roar is used.

Dragon’s Roar (Before)
Attacks with a dragon howl, dispelling one buff from all enemies, with a 40% (Max 50%) chance to silence for 1 turn.
Dragon’s Roar (After)
Attacks with a dragon howl, dispelling one buff from all enemies, with a 40% (Max. 50%) chance to silence for 1 turn, before granting increased Attack and Speed to the caster for 2 turns.


■ Coli (4★, Thief, Ice)

Adjustments have been made from dealing additional damage if stealthed to activating ambush again if stealthed when the skill Ambush is used.

Ambush (Before)
Ambushes the enemy, dealing additional damage if stealthed. Damage dealt also increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.
Ambush (After)
Ambushes the enemy, activating Ambush again if stealthed. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

Adjustments have been made so that a barrier is granted for 1 turn when the skill Accurate Strike is used.

Accurate Strike (Before)
Attacks with an invisible blade, decreasing Combat Readiness by 30% and granting stealth for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.
Accurate Strike (After)
Attacks with an unseen blade, decreasing Combat Readiness by 30%, before granting a barrier and stealth for 1 turn. Barrier strength increases proportional to caster’s Attack, and damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

Adjustments have been made so that Combat readiness is decreased by 25% 3 times and not 50%. Also, the stun conditions have been removed.

Baptism of Fire (Before)
Attacks with a dagger and bomb, decreasing Combat Readiness by 50% and granting stealth for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

[Awaken]

Attacks with a dagger and bomb, decreasing the enemy’s Combat Readiness by 50% and granting stealth for 1 turn. When stealthed, stuns the enemy for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

Baptism of Fire (After)
Attacks with a dagger and bomb, decreasing Combat Readiness by 25% three times and granting the caster stealth for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

[Awaken]

Attacks with a dagger and bomb, decreasing Combat Readiness by 25% three times, stunning the target for 1 turn and granting the caster stealth for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.


■ Tieria(3★, Warrior, Fire)

The base speed value has been reduced from 108 to 96.

The skill Dance of Sands is only applied during attack and excludes the caster.

Dance of Sands (Before)
Increases the Combat Readiness of allies by 10% (Max. 15%).
Dance of Sands (After)
Increases the Combat Readiness of allies except for the caster by 10% (Max. 15%) when an attack hits.

When Soul Break is used, decrease Defense debuff is cancelled and damage dealt has been changed from being proportional to the target’s current Health to being proportional to the target’s max Health.

The caster’s Critical Hit Damage and the target’s Defense are also affected.

Awakening will now cause the damage dealt to increase.

Soul Break (Before)
Strongly strikes downwards at the enemy, with a 75% chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns.

[Awaken]

Strongly strikes downwards at the enemy, with a 75% chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the enemy’s current Health.

Soul Break (After)
Strikes the enemy, dealing damage proportional to the target’s max Health.

[Awaken]

Strikes the enemy strongly, dealing damage proportional to the target’s max Health.

Changes have been made to the skill enhance effects of the Soul Break skill.

■Elson (3★, Soul Weaver, Light)

Cooldown for the skill, Light’s Protection, has been increased for 2 turns.

■Rikoris (3★, Warrior, Light)

Cooldown for the skill Cheer has been increased for 1 turn and continuous healing has been removed.

Cheer (Before)
Encourages all allies, granting continuous healing and increased Speed for 2 turns.

Cheers on all allies, granting continuous healing and increased Speed for 2 turns and decreasing skill cooldowns by 1 turn.

Cheer (After)
Encourages all allies, increasing speed for 2 turns.

Encourages all allies, decreasing skill cooldown by 1 turn and increasing Speed for 2 turns.


■Church of Ilryos Axe (3★, Warrior, Dark)

Changes have been made to the skill Disconnect so that a critical hit inflicts bleeding for 1 turn and does not increase attack.

Disconnect (Before)
Attacks with an axe. A critical hit will increase Attack of the caster for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the amount of the enemy’s lost Health.
Disconnect (After)
Attacks with an axe. A critical hit will inflict bleeding for 1 turn. Damage dealt increases proportional to the amount of the enemy’s lost Health.

The cooldown for the skill Plagued Strike has been increased by 1 turn and the effect that caused damage dealt to increase proportional to the amount of the enemy’s lost Health has been removed.

Plagued Strike (Before)
Smacks the enemy, with an 80% (Max. 100%) chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the amount of the enemy’s lost Health. (2 turn Cooldown)
Plagued Strike (After)
Smacks the enemy, with an 80% chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns. (3 turn Cooldown)


■Mucacha (3★, Warrior, Earth)

Damage dealt by the skill Ancient Spear Art has been increased by 20%.

Ancient Spear Art
Attacks with a spear, increasing own Combat Readiness by 20%. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

Adjustments have been made so that the speed of the caster and not that of all allies is increased. The max value for this effect has been adjusted to 10%.

Wild (Before)
Increases Speed of all allies by 2.5% (Max. 4%) each time the caster attacks. Effect can only stack up to 5 times.
Wild (After)
Increases Speed by 1% (Max. 2%) each time the caster attacks an enemy. Effect can only stack up to 5 times.

Adjustments have been made so that the speed of the caster and not that of all allies is increased when the skill enlightened bow is used. Also, damage dealt has been increased by 25%.

Enlightened Blow (Before)
Attacks with a fatal blow, with a 75% (Max. 100%) chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

[Awaken]

Attacks with a fatal blow, with a 75% (Max. 100%) chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns and increase Speed of all allies for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

Enlightened Blow (After)
Attacks with a fatal blow, with a 75% (Max. 100%) chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.

Attacks with a fatal blow, with a 75% (Max. 100%) chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns and increase Speed of the caster for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s Speed.


■Butcher Corps Inquisitor (3★, Warrior, Fire)

The issue that unintentionally caused a significant reduction in damage when the passive skill, ‘Butcher Corps Gear’, damage decrease overlaps with the damage reduction effect.

Damage suffered in one attack does not exceed 50% of max Health.


■Sashe Ithanes (4★, Exclusive Ranger Artifact)

The Combat readiness of all allies when the enemy is defeated has been reduced. Also, adjustments have been made so that it does not overlap with the same effect.

Previous Artifact Skill
Increases Combat Readiness of all allies by 15~30% when the enemy is defeated.
New Artifact Skill
Increases Combat Readiness of all allies by 8~16% when the enemy is defeated. Does not overlap with an Artifact providing the same effect.


■Time Matter (5★, Exclusive Mage Artifact)

The issue that caused the artifact effects to be cleared when a non-attack skill is used after Time Matter is activated has been fixed.

Artifact Skill
Reduces skill cooldown by 1 turn when an enemy is killed and increases the damage of the next attack by 18& (Max. 36%). Can only be activated once per skill.


■Rod of Amaryllis (5★, Exclusive Soul Weaver Artifact)

The artifact skill effects have been adjusted so that they are applied to the ally with the lowest percentage of max Health.

Previous Artifact Skill
Heals the ally with lowest the Health by 12~24% when using a non-attack skill.
New Artifact Skill
Heals the ally with the lowest percentage of max Health by 12~24% when using a non-attack skill.


■Goblin’s Lamp (3★, Common Artifact)

The artifact skill effects have been adjusted so that they are applied to the ally with the lowest percentage of max Health.

Previous Artifact Skill
Heals the ally with the lowest Health by 10~20% at the beginning of battle.
New Artifact Skill
Heals the ally with the lowest percentage of max Health by 10~20% at the beginning of the battle.

 

11. Improvements and Restoration of Materials used when enhancing skills 

The amount of MolaGora required when enhancing the skills of 4 and 5 star Heroes has been reduced.

■ MolaGora Adjustments

The amount of MolaGora required when enhancing the skills of a 4 star Hero has been reduced by 43%.

The amount of MolaGora required when enhancing the skills of a 5 star Hero has been reduced by 41%.

– When enhancing a skill, MolaGoraGora will not be used anymore.

– You can exchange the MolaGoraGora that you had in the Normal Shop. Exchanging a MolaGoraGora will give you 25 MolaGora.

※Following balancing adjustments, we will compensate players via the mailbox for any MolaGora already used to enhance 4 and 5 star Heroes’ skill that are in excess of the new costs.

(1 MolaGoraGora = 25 MolaGora, 1 MolaGoraGo = 5 MolaGora)

※Following balancing adjustments, the amount of material required when enhancing certain skills of 3 star Heroes has been adjusted. However, the amount of MolaGora consumed has remained the same.

12. Other Changes and Bug Fixes

■ Summons and Summon Tickets

– 5★ Artifact ‘Noble Oath’ has been added to the Artifacts list of Covenant Summons.

– 5★ Artifact ‘Noble Oath’ has been added to all Summon Tickets

– 5★ Hero ‘Maid Chloe’ has been added to the Heroes list of Moonlight Summons.

– 4★ Hero ‘Assassin Cidd’ has been added to the Heroes list of Moonlight Summons.

■ Hero

– A bug where players earned less Gold for transmitting certain heroes has been fixed.

– Bask’s English lines have now been added

– The bug where the voice actors not being shown in the additional features for Diene and Bask’s friendship level has been fixed.

– The ‘e’ icon vanishing when switching the hero positions in your deck has been fixed.

■ Artifact

– The ‘e’ icon visually shown with equipped Artifacts in your inventory has moved to the top left side.

– When switching Artifacts, the ‘e’ icon is now visually shown on the top left side.

– The typo issue, where ‘Magahara’s Tome’ has been shown when the 4★ Soul Weaver exclusive Artifact, ‘Magaraha’s Tome’ takes effect,

■ Monster

– A bug where Inpectio Gigantes’ counterattack passive, ‘Security State’ not properly working has been fixed.
– A bug where after a monster drops another item when revived has been fixed.

■Buff Effect Changes
– All defense increase effects will be reduced by 16%. The current defense increase effect has proven to be one of the most potent effects in all of our in-game content. It has drastically increased the sustainability of heroes and granted attack heroes more survivability than intended.

This made players prioritize heroes with defense effects, which restricted the variability of team compositions. This change will hope to encourage more dynamic team compositions that accommodate other enhance effects.

■ Equipment

– The cost for un-equipping an Equipment will temporarily go down to 0.

└ Reduction Period: After the update ~ Before the 12/20 update

└ When un-equipping, there will be no separate pop-ups, and the equipment will un-equip automatically.

■ Challenge

– When you run out of entries for a Challenge, it will be disabled.

– Event notifications now appear on the Challenge List.

– Reputations that are Challenge exclusive has been added.

■ Battle

– The bug where players weren’t able to complete the [Daily] Three Sister’s Quest has been fixed.

– The UI, ‘Battle Start’ does not show when a player yields in the Abyss and the Labyrinth.

– The reward given out on Floor 70 of the Abyss has been changed from ‘MolaGoraGora’ to ‘MolaGoraGo’.

– The visual bug where dead monsters on defense stages in ‘Eulogy for a Saint’ displayed damage taken has been fixed.

– The bug where Heroes weren’t able to switch positions in the team in the Ready Screen in Arena has been fixed.

– Heroes using skills in the WARNING screen has been fixed.

■Guild

When guild buffs were purchased with an insufficient amount of Guild Coins, there was an issue where players were restricted from purchase upon re-entrance. This issue has been fixed.

■Other/Miscellaneous

– Huche from the labryinth and Goblicus from Ki Ruburan will no longer have MolaGoraGora available for trade.

– On the normal section of the in-game shop, a feature will be added that will allow players to trade one MolaGoraGora for 25 Molagoras.

– When selling artifacts and equipment from the inventory, equipped artifacts and equipment will be disabled.

– The back button that didn’t function on the home page of the Side Story will be updated.

– The issue where the back button was abnormally shown when players repeatedly opened and closed the battle preparation window will be fixed.

– The arrange button from the ‘Insufficient Inventory’ tab will be disabled when shown while purchasing from Huche in the labyrinth.

– The issue where the picture didn’t match the buff and debuff effect explanations in the “help” section will be updated. In addition, the new set effects will be added to the “help” section.

– The special character that displayed the range of the hero’s ability will be changed from ‘~’ to ‘-‘.

– The process and system for account reset will be changed.

└ You must now enter your own nickname in order to reset your Epic Seven account. –

– There will be improvements made in how players view each hero’s ability in the hero journal.

└ In the Ability Setting UI, players may now use a slider to change and check the combat stats of different heroes based on their number of stars and how many stones are awakened.

– The Morale status indicator after the camping chat is over has been enlarged.

– The issue in which the light from Challenger Dominiel’s eye in Nixied’s Sanctum did not disappear will be updated.

– When a hero is awakened on the English language, the issue where the ability name overlaps will be fixed.

– The insufficient rune notice UI in the English language will be updated into a more sufficient/adequate size.

– Typos from the story will be updated.
