1. Side Story: A Small Miracle
As the new year arrives, it is tradition in Ezera to write a small wish onto a piece of paper and release it into the sky. To bring happiness to these precious hearts, Ras and Arky get moving…
■ Availability
12/19 (Wed) after the update ~ 1/9 (Wed) before the update (UTC)
■ How to Enter:
After reaching Account Rank 9, go to the Lobby and tap Battle > Side Story.
■ How to Participate:
The Side Story “A Small Miracle” will be available for 3 weeks. During the event, players will be able to receive event currency which can be exchanged for other items. Additionally, players will be able to receive a variety of items for completing Quests, Achievements and Region Rewards.

[Event Currency]
1) The following Heroes receive benefits when used in “A Small Miracle”.
[Strengthened Heroes]
2) Once players clear all the stages on Normal difficulty, they may play on World difficulty.
3) Players can also receive Urgent Missions while playing a side story.
4) In the side story region, players can acquire 2★ monsters and Catalysts. Players can see this information by tapping the Region Info icon.
5) When players equip the event-exclusive Artifact, “Card of Small Miracles,” extra Red Socks can be obtained.
If the equipped “Card of Small Miracles” is at max level, even more Red Socks can be obtained!
6) Hidden Achievements can be found in this Side Story.
– After clearing 10. [South Tirel Square], Hidden Achievements will appear.
Read the hint in the Hidden Achievement and go to the indicated region, and you can find a Wish Paper.
If you make the wish on the Wish Paper come true, you can receive extra Red Socks and Bakery Coupons.

[Equipment]
– The Hat of Small Miracles and Socks of Small Miracles can be exchanged for at the Exchange.
– Each piece of equipment’s set, options, and stats are fixed when first acquired.
– When Enhancing the equipment after purchase, additional stats will be assigned randomly.
[Artifact]
– The exclusive 4★ Artifact “Card of Small Miracles” can be obtained via the Side Story Exchange, Quests, and Reputation.
– When clearing stages with Heroes that have Card of Small Miracles equipped, players can obtain extra Red Socks.
– Furthermore, when using a Card of Small Miracles that has reached its max level, players can obtain even more extra Red Socks!
[Other Additions]
– For the duration of the “A Small Miracle” Side Story, the lobby’s background music has been changed.
– Players can also access the “Find Arky!” event via the [Event Page] button on the “A Small Miracle” Side Story home page.
2. Church of Ilryos Axe – Specialty Change
The 3★ Hero Church of Ilryos Axe can now receive a Specialty Change.
After completing the Specialty Change, Church of Ilryos Axe will be reborn with a new sprite, new skills, and new animations!
Additional stat changes and skill enhancements can be made via the Skill Tree as well.

[Vigorous Strike]
Smacks the enemy, with an 80% chance to decrease Defense for 2 turns and recover Health by 20% of max Health. Amount recovered increases by 50% if an enemy is defeated. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster’s max Health.

Enhance Church of Ilryos Axe to level 50
■ How to Specialty Change
From the Lobby, go to the Hero menu > Specialty Change.
Once all 3 Specialty Change Quests have been cleared and the Trial Battle has been successfully completed, the Specialty Change will be complete.
After completing a Specialty Change, the Hero’s appearance and skills will change, and the Hero cannot be reverted to their previous state.
■ Skill Tree
After a Specialty Change, the Skill Tree can be accessed via the Awakening menu.
Spend Elemental Runes to enhance the Runes in the Skill Tree and make your Hero stronger!
[Skill Enhance Results]
– Health increases by 5%.
– Health increases by 5%.
– Health increases by 10%.
– Proportional damage dealt by Vigorous Strike increases by 5%.
– When attacking with Disconnect, has a chance (max 50%) of causing bleeding for 1 turn.
– When defeating an enemy with Attack Chain, has a chance (max 15%) to decrease cooldown of Attack Chain by 1 turn.
– When using Attack Chain, has a chance (max 50%) to decrease Attack for 1 turn.
– Critical Hit Chance increases by 5%.
– If the caster’s Health is below 50% after being attacked, recovers a percentage (max 10%) of max Health. Can be activated once per turn.
– When attacked, has a chance (max 30%) to increase Attack of the caster for 1 turn.
■ Simultaneous Specialty Changes
Specialty Change Quests can take place for no more than 2 Heroes at once.
If 2 Heroes’ Specialty Change Quests are already in progress, one of the Heroes must complete the Specialty Change before a new Hero can start the Specialty Change Quest.
3. New Packs
Two Special Packs overflowing with great items have been added,
along with a MolaGora pack, and the new Monthly Pack 2!
■ Special Pack 1 & 2

4. Hero Improvements & Bug Fixes
Certain Heroes have been improved and some bugs have been fixed.
■ Yufine (5★, Warrior, Earth)
While using Auto Battle with Yufine, the skill “Dragon’s Roar” now activates regardless of whether or not the enemy has a buff applied.
■ Kayron (5★, Thief, Fire)
Kayron’s stats are no longer discrepant from those displayed in his constellation. An unawakened, Level 60 Kayron’s stats have been changed as follows:

A Soul Burn Effect has been added to the skill “Attack Chain”.

5. Raid Labyrinth Improvements and Other Bug Fixes
This update introduces fixes to bugs found in the Raid Labyrinth “Royal Capital Azmakalis” as well as other miscellaneous bugs.
■ Azimanus Watcher
– Azimanus Watcher’s ‘Hatching’ skill now properly functions according to the skill description.
→ Randomly summons either a Karax Charger or Raqix Soldier with enhanced stats.
→ The summoned monster has higher max health and attack. Azimanus Watcher dies after using this skill.
■ Devourer Arahakan
– A bug in which the ‘Cannot Buff’ debuff does not dispel after defeating Devourer Arahakan has been fixed.
– The ‘Cannot Buff’ debuff now dispels after Devourer Arahakan’s ‘Stance Change’ comes off cooldown.
– Devourer Arahakan’s ‘Stance Change’ now properly displays the skill description according to its function.
→ If Corrupted Web can be activated, it receives an immunity buff that can’t be dispelled, and damage taken is greatly reduced.
→ If Corrupted Web can’t be activated, all enemies will be unable to be buffed and unable to increase Combat Readiness. The “unable to be buffed” debuff cannot be dispelled nor resisted.
■ Secretary Vera
– Secretary Vera’s ‘Prepare Evolution’ now properly displays the skill description according to its function.
→ Transforms into a huge cocoon and summons two Karax Chargers if attacked when below 50% Health.
– The amount of damage that Vera can take from a single attack during ‘Prepare Evolution’ has been limited so that it is certain that Vera will turn into a cocoon during the battle.
→ Prior to change: Transforms into a huge cocoon and summons two Karax Chargers if attacked when Health is less than 50%.
→ After change: Transforms into a huge cocoon and summons two Karax Chargers if attacked when Health is less than 50%. Damage suffered by caster in one attack does not exceed 50% of max Health.
– When Secretary Vera is defeated after turning into a huge cocoon and has the minimum number of turns left to cooldown on ‘Complete Hatching’, she now revives with less health than when she isn’t defeated.
– When Secretary Vera turns into a huge cocoon, the skill description ‘Complete Hatching’ now matches the actual effect.
→ Secretary Vera is summoned with enhanced attack, defense, and speed.
If Secretary Vera is defeated before she uses ‘Complete Hatching’, she is summoned with decreased attack, defense, speed, and max health, proportionate to the number of turns left on cooldown.
■ Executioner Karkanis
– The skill description of Executioner Karkanis’s skill ‘Crush’ now matches its function.
→ Leaps to attack the enemy and leaves the enemy stunned for 2 turns. If the enemy has below 50% health, its current health is decreased by 99%.
This ability does not activate while silenced and has an increased cooldown. The skill can only be used below 40% health.
– The skill description of Executioner Karkanis’s skill ‘Shadow’ now matches its function.
→ Grants another turn when below 70% health and becomes stealthed at the end of the turn for 2 turns.
If Executioner Karkanis is stealthed at the beginning of the turn, heals a portion of his health and permanently increases his attack and speed.
He may only go into stealth once every two turns. Does not activate below 40% health.
■ Eliminate Queen Azumashik
– Queen Azumashik’s skill ‘Queen’s Terror’ now shows the effect activation and deactivation requirements in its description.
– The skill description of Queen Azumashik’s skill ‘Queen’s Terror’ now matches its function.
→ When receiving damage for the first time, attack all enemies and hatch 2 eggs to summon Devourer Arahakan.
→ When Queen Azumashik is attacked and is below 50% health, take an extra turn to activate Death Trap and hatch 2 eggs to summon Raqix Flying Troop.
→ Queen Azumashik receives a portion of Devourer Arahakan’s damage.
→ Raqix Flying Troops have a 30% chance to counter when Queen Azumashik is attacked.
→ Eggs are immune and invincible before they hatch.
■ Other
– The amount of Coronation Souvenirs owned, which can be used at the Raid Labyrinth Shop exclusively, now displays.
– When Basic/Elite Monsters are defeated in Normal difficulty of the Raid Labyrinth, additional Ancient Coins are dropped in these areas:

6. Skill Previews Added
Players may now preview Heroes’ skills through the Hero Journal. You will be able to experience the skill animations of every Hero, even ones you don’t own yet!
When you tap the [Preview Skills] button, the Hero will be brought to a special stage in which skills can be used as many times as you like with no cooldowns.
Once you have looked at skill animations to your heart’s content, you may exit the stage by tapping the yielding via the Pause menu.
7. Quality of Life Changes
■ Adventure
– An issue has been fixed in which Dark Corvus’s skill cooldown time decreased by one every time his skill “Axe Fall” was used in stage 10-S3. Silver Monarch Plain.
– The target of Dark Corvus’s skill “Axe Fall” is no longer omitted from the skill animation in stage 10-S3. Silver Monarch Plain.
– Stage missions relating to the story are now able to be completed properly.
– An issue has been fixed in which, when accessing the Inventory menu from the World Map to change Equipment, players were unable to return to the previous screen via the [Back] button.
■ Abyss
– In Abyss Floor 40, when Burning Eye Lich resurrects, any Resistance or Immunity effects that were applied will remain after Burning Eye Lich resurrects.
– Abyss Floor 64 has been updated so that General Purrgis now only uses Command to Charge once after his skill “Battle Signal” hits four times.
– In Abyss Floor 66, as described in the skill description, Arbiter Vildred’s skill “Dark Blade” now summons only four monsters.
– In Abyss Floor 70, when Converted Symaqus’s skill “Evil Counterattack” is triggered, it now counterattacks the hero that triggered the counterattack.
– The Abyss Purification confirmation window no longer overlaps with [Abyss Floor].
■ Battle
– When Heroes are revived after being killed with sleep, provoke, or stun applied, the effect no longer remains after reviving.
– An issue has been fixed in which a Hero could not move until the following hit or attack after being revived.
■ Journal
– A bug causing the Star Grade Stat slider to appear abnormally when previewing stats in the Hero Journal has been fixed.
■ Guild
– The displayed guild member names in the guild aid request complete window will no longer overlap each other.
■ Specialty Change
– The voiceovers for Specialty Change Heroes ‘Falconer Kluri’ and ‘Commander Lorina’ now change after the Specialty Change is complete.
– The [Reset] button in the Skill Tree window for Specialty Change Heroes will be edited to a more favorable size.
– The color of the Specialty Change Trial Battle arrow no longer displays incorrectly.
■ Arena
– When players enter an NPC Challenge in Arena for the first time, the levels shown in the list now correctly match the Heroes’ actual levels in battle.
– Crozet’s difficulty in NPC Challenge has been lowered.
– When a player continuously challenges the same player via the Opponent tab in Arena, after the third attempt, the results of the battle will no longer affect either player’s Victory Points.
→ Players can still successfully receive Conquest Points.
→ If the player attacks the same user after refreshing the Opponent list, the Victory Point change penalty will be reset.
■ Other/Miscellaneous
– Locked Heroes are darkened in order to indicate more clearly that these Heroes cannot be used to Enhance/Memory Imprint another Hero.
– An issue has been fixed in which, when players repeatedly entered and exited out of the Hunt menu, the [Hunt Stage] indicator changed to [Time Left].
– The Region Reward window’s UI has been updated.
– The special symbol (~) that indicated statistical ranges of items has been updated to the ‘-‘ symbol.
– The game now provides the correct server recommendations in the server selection screen.
– In the menu for Dispatch Missions in High Command, the specialty icon no longer overlaps with hero names.
– The Reputation Grade window now displays the Reputation Grade at its highest.
– The immunity icon in the ‘help’ section now displays the correct icon.
– Long Equipment descriptions no longer go outside the boundaries of the UI.
– An issue in which Skystones were not properly rewarded to the player during the Tutorial has been fixed.
