1. Guild Wars Have Arrived!

Work together with your fellow Guild members to become the strongest Guild!

Our newest large-scale PvP Guild War content has finally arrived!

Guild War will kick off with pre-season, and Season 1 will begin soon after.

* Please note that all included screenshots are taken from the test server and the actual appearance of these features may differ in the final version.

■ Participation Requirements

Guild level 6 or higher

Guild must have at least 20 members

■ Guild War Schedule

– Guild War will start and end at each server’s respective reset time.

✓ Korea: 03:00 KST

✓ Global: 10:00 UTC

✓ Asia: 02:00 CST

– Guild War rewards can be claimed until the end of the next Guild War.

■ Guild War Process

Form Defense teams and position them in buildings during the preparation period. Once the war begins, attack and dismantle enemy buildings.

Guild War can be initiated by tapping ‘Into the Guild War’ in the Guild Hall.

[Guild Preparation Period]

1) Form Defense Teams

– All Guild members can adjust their Defense Teams during the preparation period.

2) Base Positions

– The Guild Captain can place Defense Teams once more than 20 Defense teams have been formed.

– Guilds must meet the following requirements during the preparation period to participate.

✓ At least 20 Defense Teams must be positioned in base.

✓ There must be a Defense Team positioned in the Stronghold (1).

✓ Players may choose to position Defense Teams in Defense Towers in each respective Fortress.
However, please note that if two Defense Towers are either empty or destroyed, the Stronghold will be vulnerable to enemy attack.

※ Base Overview

The Base is comprised of one Stronghold and three Fortresses. A total of 28 Defense teams can be positioned throughout the Base.

[Guild War In-Progress]

1) Guild War Matchmaking

– Once the Guild War has started, the Guild War period will be displayed in the lobby next to the Guild icon.

– Players may tap the [Into the Guild War] button to check the enemy Guild.

2) Attacking the Enemy

– Players must destroy the enemy Base by defeating enemy Defense Teams.

※ Battle Rules

– All battles will take on a 3 vs 3 format for a total of two rounds. Every attack launched will consume one Guild Crest.

– Any Heroes defeated during battle cannot be placed in an Attack team until the server reset time.

– Based on the outcome of the battle, players will inflict damage onto the enemy building and receive corresponding Havoc and Conquest Points.

– Once the building HP reaches 0, the building is destroyed and will yield additional Havoc.

✓ Destruction of Strongholds and Defense Towers will yield a greater amount of Havoc.

– Three players may attack the same building at a time.

※ Base Protection Status

– Strongholds and Fortresses are “Protected” when the Guild War is first initiated and cannot be attacked.

✓ Stronghold: This structure will remain protected as long as more than two Defense Towers remain (excluding unoccupied buildings).

✓ Fortress: This structure will remain protected as long as any surrounding buildings in the Fortress remain (excluding unoccupied buildings).

3) Guild War Result

– The Guild with the higher amount of Havoc by the end of the war period will achieve victory.

■ Rewards

– After the end of the Guild War, players will receive [Mystic Medals] as rewards in the Guild War lobby.

Players will receive standard rewards based on individual battle results.

The Guild War result will determine the amount of additional rewards awarded.

Finally, the amount of rewards will increase depending on the Guild’s Rank.

※ Players who signed up for Guild War but did not participate in any battles will still receive the standard rewards based on the outcome of the Guild War.

■ Miscellaneous

– If the Guild Captain does not place a member’s Defense team in a building, that member cannot participate in the Guild War.

– Each Guild member can battle up to three times a day.

2. The new moonlight heroes, Specimen Sez and Kitty Clarissa have arrived!

The new living weapon, “Specimen Sez,” is in search of the original Sez and desires to kill him to prove his superiority. In order to reduce complaints about Clarissa’s violent personality, researchers turned Clarissa into the lovable Kitty Clarissa.

3. Hunt Updates & Stage 11

Hunt difficulty and item drops have been improved, and Hunt Stage 11 has been added!

Challenge the new Hunt bosses and receive great rewards!

■ Difficulty Updates

– The Defense and Health of all monsters from the first battle in Hunt has been decreased by 20%.

– First battles with three or more monsters from Stage 7 or higher now feature only two monsters.

– Golem Hunt’s Mossy Testudo’s skill “Shell Spin” has been updated.

Shell Spin (Before)
Attacks all enemies by spinning in its shell, and decreases Attack for 1 turn. After using this skill, the caster is granted increased Defense for 1 turn.
Shell Spin (After)
Attacks all enemies by spinning in its shell, with a 75% chance to make them unhealable for 2 turns.

 

 

■ Item Drop Improvements

– The amount of Gold and materials dropped has increased.

– Players now have a chance to obtain Accessories in Hunt.

– Skystone, Covenant Bookmarks, Mystic Medals, and Powder of Knowledge have also been added to Hunt item drops.

– More Energy is now consumed for Hunt Stages.

4. Hazel Specialty Change! Mascot Hazel

The 3★ Hero Hazel can now undergo Specialty Change.

After completing the Specialty Change, Hazel will be reborn with a new sprite, new skills, and new animations!

Additional stat changes and skill enhancements can be made via the Skill Tree as well.

A Girl in Uniform
Encourages allies by increasing Attack of the target and all allies for 1 turn, and recovers Health of all allies. If the target is a Fire elemental Hero, increases Attack (Greater) for 1 turn. This effect will only be applied for one ally. Amount recovered increases proportional to the target’s max Health and the caster’s Attack.


■ Specialty Change Quest Start Requirement

Enhance Hazel to level 50

■ How to Specialty Change
From the Lobby, go to the Hero menu > Specialty Change.
Once all 3 Specialty Change Quests have been cleared and the Trial Battle has been successfully completed, the Specialty Change will be complete.
After completing a Specialty Change, the Hero’s appearance and skills will change, and the Hero cannot be reverted to their previous state.

■ Skill Tree

After a Specialty Change, the Skill Tree can be accessed via the Awakening menu.

Spend Elemental Runes to enhance the Runes in the Skill Tree and make your Hero stronger!

[Rune Enhancement Results]

– Increases Health by 20%.

–  Increases Speed by 5.

–  Increases Speed by 5.

–  Increases Effectiveness of all Fire elemental allies by a maximum of 10%.

–  Increases Attack of all Fire elemental allies by a maximum of 10%.

– Healing of Urgent Regen increases for targets with less than 50% Health.

–  Increases the caster’s Combat Readiness when using Urgent Regen if the target is a Fire elemental Hero by a maximum of 10%

–  Has a chance to grant continuous healing to the ally for 2 turns if the ally is a Fire elemental Hero when using A Girl in Uniform by a maximum of 20%.

–  Increases unhealable debuff effect chance of Book of Fire by a maximum of 25%.

–  Recovers Health proportional to the damage dealt after using Book of Fire by a maximum of 5%

5. Chatting

A chat feature has been added, allowing Heirs to communicate with one another!

■ How to Use Chatting

Players can also ignore users by tapping on their Rep Hero and tapping [Ignore].

Ignoring a player will stop their messages from appearing for 24 hours.

Tap the bell icon in the upper right corner to turn off notifications when the chat window is closed.

6. Mystic Summon

Mystic Summons are now available, providing a rotating pool of Heroes and Artifacts available for summon.

If you see a Hero or Artifact that you want in the Mystic Summon pool, don’t miss your chance to try to get it!

■ How to Use

A [Mystic Summon] tab has been added to the Summon menu.

Players can use 50 Mystic Medals to do one Mystic Summon.

Tap the Available Heroes icon to see which Heroes can currently be summoned and to see how much time is remaining until the list changes!

Mystic Medals can be obtained from Guild Wars. Additionally, they have a chance to drop in Hunt stages 7 or higher.

7. Friendship Summon Improvements

2★ Penguins and Mega-Phantasma can now be obtained from Friendship Summons.

Try using your Friendship Points to get them and strengthen your Heroes!

8. Other Improvements & Bug Fixes

■ Artifacts

– Skill level no longer displays on Bottle of Knowledge and Artifact Charms.

– The max Skill level of an Artifact now displays in the Inventory and Enhance windows.

 

 

■ Arena

– The limit on the amount of times Energy can be purchased by Conquest Points in the Shop has been increased from 1 to 3.

■ Battle

– When deciding who to target, AI no longer takes the order in which Heroes were obtained into consideration, and instead, the target is chosen randomly.

■ Labyrinth

– When Elite Monsters in Labyrinth use Counter, the increases and in attack and the counterattack buff icon now display.

– Counter’s description has been updated to correctly match its effect. There are no changes to the skill itself.

Counter (Before)
Attack increases for 1 turn after receiving damage equivalent to over 20% of max Health, before stunning the enemy with a counterattack. Remains ready to counterattack for 1 turn afterwards.
Counter (After)
Attack increases for 1 turn after receiving damage equivalent to over 20% of max Health, before stunning the enemy with a counterattack. After counterattacking, remains ready to counterattack and maintains increased Attack for 1 turn. This effect cannot be dispelled or prevented.

– Galaxy Bookmarks will now be displayed in the obtainable reward section of the [Select Team] window in Royal Capital Azmakalis (normal).

– In Royal Capital Azmakalis (Normal), the skill description of Executioner Karkanis’s “Death Sentence” has been updated to correctly match its effect. There are no changes to the skill itself.

Death Sentence (Before)
Increases Attack and Speed of the caster permanently when Health falls below 40%. Activates Crush after using Slice if cooldown of Crush is reset.
Death Sentence (After)
Increases Attack and Speed of the caster permanently and grants an extra turn when Health falls below 40%. Activates Crush after using Slice if cooldown of Crush is reset. An extra turn will only be granted once during battle.

– In Royal Capital Azmakalis (Normal), The skill description of Executioner Karkanis’s “Crush” has been updated to correctly match its effect. There are no changes to the skill itself.

Crush (Before)
Rushes towards the enemy and attacks, stunning for 2 turns. If the target’s Health is less than 50%, they will lose 99% of their current Health. If silenced, this skill will not be activated and cooldown will be increased. The skill only activates when the caster’s Health is less than 40%.
Crush (After)
Rushes towards the enemy and attacks, stunning for 2 turns. If the target’s Health is less than 50% when attacking, they will lose 99% of their Health after the attack. If silenced, this skill will not be activated and will only increase cooldown count. This skill will only be activated when the caster’s Health is less than 40%.

– In Royal Capital Azmakalis (Hell), the skill description of Executioner Karkanis’s “Death Sentence” has been updated to correctly match its effect. There are no changes to the skill itself.

Wild Slash (After)
Attacks all enemies, stunning one random enemy for 2 turns. If target’s Health is less than 50% at the time of the attack, decreases target’s Health by 99% after the attack. If silenced, this skill will not be activated and will only increase cooldown count. This skill will only be activated when the caster’s Health is less than 40%.

– In Royal Capital Azmakalis (Normal/Hell), the skill description of Executioner Karkanis’s “Shadow” has been updated to correctly match its effect. There are no changes to the skill itself.

Shadow (Before)
If the caster’s Health is less than 70%, they are granted an extra turn and casts stealth for 2 turns at the end of the turn. If the caster is stealthed at the beginning of turn, recovers Health and grants permanent stackable Attack and Speed increases. Stealth effect can only activate once every 2 turns. This skill does not activate when the caster’s Health is less than 40%.
Shadow (After)
If the caster’s Health is less than 70%, they are granted an extra turn and casts stealth for 2 turns at the end of the turn. If the caster is stealthed at the beginning of turn, recovers Health and grants permanent stackable Attack and Speed increases. Stealth effect can only activate once every 2 turns. This skill does not activate when the caster’s Health is less than 40%. Extra turn will only be granted once during the battle.

■ Side Stories

– Typos in the Side Story ‘Visitor From Perland’ have been fixed.

■ UI and Miscellaneous Fixes

– The category of resources that are used to summon has been renamed to “Summon.”

– An issue has been fixed in which tapping on the Arena button in the quick menu did not result in anything happening.

– The Hero Star information will no longer be displayed on the Hero Specialty Change window.

– The skill description for Ken’s “Celestial Kick” no longer exceeds the boundaries of its tooltip window.

– Incorrect text no longer displays when using a Goddess Statue.

– UI is no longer blocked by the notch on recent iPhone models.

– When the Guild Notice is too long, it is no longer cut off by the text box.

– The in-game notice window will no longer cover the skill icons of boss monsters.

✓ Players can now turn off the in-game notice windows by tapping on it.
