Square Enix together with developer NHN PlayArt have come together to announce a new Dragon Quest mobile game during the Dragon Quest 35th Anniversary Special live stream. The game, Dragon Quest Keshikeshi is slated to launch this year in Japan and a western release is also planned.
As the title suggest (keshi means erase in Japanese), this is a Match-3 puzzle game based on the Dragon Quest Franchise. Players will be able to match characters monsters from all the different episodes. The design for the puzzles are made to look like erasers thus the title.
