Earlier today, Bandai had tweeted a new tour event happening this September in Japan. There will be a new series of teaching tour and standard competition where Players can acquire the following new cards!

Standard Battle (Japan Region)
All Players new and old are encourage to participate in the standard battle competition hosted by the local authorized game shop. Winners of the competition will be rewarded with the following OP01-021 Franky parallel card. In addition, there will be a lottery system where one lucky participant will also stand a chance to acquire the OP01-021 Franky parallel card. Thus new Players are also encourage to join in the fun!
At the end of the competition, all participants will also be given the Standard Battle Pack Vol. 1.
ST-06 Navy
Here’s some updated information for the upcoming ST-06 Navy Starter Deck. It will release on September 30th. It is a new “Black” colored deck. Many popular Navy characters will be available in the deck.
