Anime Reborn Update 1 Tier List
Update 1 introduced a DBZ-themed event introducing a ton of new units inspired by the anime. Whilst this tier ranks each new unit obtained via Capsules, it also ranks the previous DBZ units from the start of the Anime Reborn launch. Hopefully, the ranks help you decide which fighters to equip or how to build an entire team of DBZ units if that strikes your fancy…

What Each Tier Means
Each tier seems self-explanatory, but this part is dedicated to a refined insight into how I’ve chosen each unit placement into the tiers. Let’s get into it!
- S: These super (Saiyan) units sit at the top of the food chain, proudly claiming the top spot as the strongest DBZ units in Anime Reborn.
- A: Whilst not as equipped and versatile as the S-tiers, these units make great alternatives and team fillers. They’re still strong, just not the best.
- B: Sitting in the average tier, these units fall shy of being deemed the better of the DBZ roster. I’d recommend evolving them if applicable or applying a strong Trait to push them into A-tier.
- C: Weak, not the worst. Ideally, you’ll still want to aim for something in a higher tier.
- D: Call these Yamcha the way they get pasted into a crater. What I’m saying is, I don’t recommend using these units.
