Capybara Go Best Weapon – Including Reasons Why!

Each weapon has a place in a player’s build as they work through early to late-game. In this Capybara Go Best Weapon Guide, I give my choice for the best of the best and why, including its Basic Attributes and Equip Skills.

Capybara Go Best Weapon

Naturally, this is a more opinionated piece. Fret not, I’ll be detailing why I think the ‘best’ weapon deserves that heavy title. Let’s get into it!

Best Weapon – Reaper Staff

This interesting Epic Rarity S-Tier Weapon comes pre-loaded with some of the most versatile attributes, perfect for players who build around Skills. Its basic stats include +70% Attack Damage and +12.5% Skill Damage. But, things get interesting when peeking into its Equip Skills!

Its first Equip Skill simply casts 1 Bolt each round. Typically, Bolts hit for 30% of the player’s max damage, but per this weapon’s other skills, the Bolts hit for way more!

The Rare Stat restores 25 Range for each basic attack performed, bulking your Rage every 2 rounds instead of the standard 3. For its Epic stat, the Bolt damage increases in power by a further 35%.

Its Legendary Skill applies +25% to Lightning Damage, and finally, its Mythical Skill gives all Bolts a chance to reform into Deathbolts.

Reaper Staff Rage Skill

Linking to its first and final Equip Skill, Deathbolts appear during this weapon Rage Skill. During its activation, the Rage Skill casts 3 Deathbolts, each inflicting an additional 60% damage. This enhances Bolt Damage by 12% each time the Rage Skill triggers and stacks to x6.

What this means is that not only is the Rage Skill insanely strong as a standalone, but it continues to buff the other Skills after several rounds elapse making it a tanky weapon that deals immense damage.

What Makes It The Best?

Simply all of its attributes in cohesion make the perfect cocktail for high-damage skill-based attacks. Each Skill feeds into another to create a cycle of buffs starting with its most basic equip skill.

For example, its quicker Rage turnaround from its Rare Skill means its increased bolt damage sets in earlier, and therefore stronger attacks happen in fewer turns. Another example is the Mythical Skill increasing Deathbolts, so they happen during typical rounds alongside Rage.

Overall, the Reaper Staff is one of the most overpowered weapons with tons of wiggle room to fit into a player’s build but is in its prime if the build is crafted around Skills.
