Ninja Time Family Tier List
Families differ from Clans since they often benefit a wider audience than just the sole player who falls within that lineage. It’s not unusual for a Family buff to apply to the player in that Family, and other players within that Family as well. (Assuming they’re playing together and within proximity).
But, enough yapping, let’s get on with the rankings!

What Each Tier Means
Whilst the tiers seem self-explanatory, this section refines into why I’ve placed each Family in its respective tier. Here, you get an insight into the definition behind each column to help you determine if your existing Family is worth keeping, or rerolling!
- S: The absolute best families to adorn the name of. These elite few offer the strongest and most generous buffs in the game.
- A: If you’re not willing to risk a reroll, these heritages make for solid backup options. Their buffs may not be as refined, but they’re still pretty close to the top!
- B: Sliding into the average tier, these few tend to fall more on the niche side, but still have some use if you’re not up for rerolling.
- C: Ideally, you’ll want to aim for something higher as these few are easily replaceable.
- D: The worst! Reroll as soon as possible.
