Second Piece Arise System Guide – How To Obtain It
To obtain the Arise System, you must defeat the Sung Jin Woo boss who appears in the Throne of Shadows Raid. On defeat, he has a slim 2% chance to drop the Arise System.
This Raid appears in two ways: conjured by using x5 Throne of Shadow Portal Shards, which drops from Crimson Raids. Or find a naturally occurring Throne of Shadows Raid, which has a rare chance to spawn every 5 minutes.
How Arise System Works
The Arise System allows you to obtain the Monarch of Shadows Race, which comes with a plethora of perks, including the System itself and Mana access. It also has levelling tiers, which unlock new buffs after reaching level 10 onwards.
When part of this lineage, fallen enemies will drop their soul, giving the user a chance to ‘Arise’ them as a shadow soldier. This works on mobs and bosses, but not other players!
Successfully extracted souls become shadows, which the player can summon using mana. The soldiers fight alongside the player, with a maximum of 3 in a public server and 6 in a private one.
Summoning Shadows
Every summoned Shadow reduces the player’s damage by 10%, capping at 50% (5 active shadows).
When conjured, the Shadows are controlled with the modes: Aggressive, Defence, and Stay. Aggressive will make shadows attack mobs within a radius of the player, excluding other players. Defence will make all shadows protect their host player, and staying makes them kneel and remain idle.
Levelling Up
Arisen Shadows use the same Spec they had before death and resurrection. They reform as a level 1, with limited access to their full skills and abilities movesets. They re-learn their attacks as they grow in level, which caps at 5,000.
At level 5,000, they have their entire roster of moves and the maximum health they had before death. For example, a risen enemy with 5 million HP will regain their 5 million HP at level 5,000.
