The first exclusive unit has arrived in Anime Reborn! Although not the best, he does come with some nifty stats to help in battle. I’ll talk you through everything you need to know about the Anime Reborn Sun Prodigy (Blazing) unit.

Anime Reborn Sun Prodigy (Blazing) Guide
If you didn’t get the reference in the name, he takes inspiration from Tanjiro Kamado from Demon Slayer! He is an exclusive ground-type unit with the flame element. Unfortunately, he has no additional passive abilities, which makes him slightly lacklustre compared to other units.
You can enjoy upgrading the Sun Prodigy (Blazing) a total of 7 times, with deployment costing 875¥, and his total upgrade costs being 121,300¥. Compared to other units, he is on the higher side of placement limits, as you can put him down 4 times on the battlefield.
As he can’t be evolved, it’s worth giving him a trait so he gets an additional boost in power in battle. Our Anime Reborn Traits Guide goes through each one, but I’ll give you some recommendations here:
- Paladin
- 0.2% roll chance
- +100% DMG
- +10% Range
- Gods Chosen: Each attack has a 20% chance to activate a buff (at random) which lasts 10 seconds. However, it reduces the placement count of a unit to 2.
- Ethereal
- 0.4% roll chance
- +20% DMG
- +5% Range
- +20% DoT DMG
(Yes, I was very tempted to only put the ‘Demon’ and ‘Slayer’ traits… get it? Not funny.)
How To Obtain
At the moment, there is no way to get your hands on this unit anymore! However, that’s not to say you will never be able to obtain him. The Sun Prodigy is an exclusive unit that was only available to the first 10,000 people who joined the official Anime Reborn Discord server.
There is still hope if you want to obtain this Demon Slayer-inspired unit, as there has been talk of trading being introduced at a later date. Therefore, you may be lucky and find a player who would be willing to part ways with the Sun Prodigy in exchange for something of the same value (or higher!).
