Anime Vanguards Meta Units Guide
When you first join Anime Vanguards, you’ll have three team slots available, with the remaining three locked behind level caps. (Player Level 10, 30 and 50). To make the most of your team and progress as much as possible, you’ll want to reserve those slots for only the best units!
A META is a shifting term, in short, it refers to a unit that sits at the top of the food chain for a specific type. For example, Anime Vanguards will have DPS Metas, Farm Metas, Range Metas, etc. As new units are added to the roster of AV, the META may shift onto them if they’re better at a specific trait than the existing META unit.
Igros (Secret) DPS/DMG META – Evolves into Igros (Elite Knight)
Even before considering Evolution, this unit boasts insane DPS and raw DMG, adorning himself king of the DPS Units. Igros is only available through Legend Stages with a slim 0.75% drop rate, and being a Secret unit, you’ll need to be player level 10 before he is an available fetch. Luckily, this also means you’ll unlock the fourth unit slot, so silver linings and all that.
Alocard (Secret) DMG META – Evolves into Alocard (Vampire King)
Another secret unit that doubles as a tanky DPS Meta. Dualing both Igros and Alocard in your team will make each game mode feel like child play as you swiftly squash enemies. Alocard thankfully is obtainable from Summons after the player reaches level 10.
Obita (Mythic) Range/DMG META – Evolves into Obita (Awakened)
Obita is a great Mythic unit to have in your team thanks to his diverse moveset and wide range. He sadly has a long SPA wait time, but he more than makes up for it with his damage when on target. Plus, thanks to his long-range, enemies hardly have the chance to escape his line of sight whilst he is firing up his next move.
Sprintwagon (Epic) FARM META
The BEST Farm unit is currently in Anime Vanguards! Sprintwagon serves the sole purpose of grinding more cash per wave so you can afford to place and upgrade these high-end units. He costs 550 to place, and after four upgrades will be pulling in an additional 2,550 cash per wave.
To push this unit further, you should aim for the Legendary Fortune Trait so that his income increases per wave!
