Anime Vanguards Traits Guide
Traits apply unique permanent stat buffers to your units depending on the Trait rolled. Whilst typically it’s assumed the higher the rarity the better the Trait, this isn’t applicable in Anime Vanguards. Some Traits are tailored to specific unit types, so it’s key to try and roll for efficiency over rarity.
To find the Traits NPC, head to the Summons area at spawn either by walking there or using the teleporter. Outside of the Summons room stands Mandra, the Trait Reroller NPC. Applying Traits costs Trait Reroll shards which you obtain through gameplay, Codes, and completing Quests and Achievements.
Mythical Traits
- Monarch – 0.1% Roll chance
- An unreal buffer to all unit stats at the cost of 1x Placement and only one unit being allowed the Monarch Trait in your team
- Ethereal – 0.175% Roll chance
- Insanely generous buff to a units damage output and attacking speed
- Deadeye – 0.375% Roll chance
- Huge range buffer and increased critical hit chance
- Solar – 0.5% Roll chance
- Huge increase to the unit range, with a small increase in damage and attacking speed
Legendary Traits
- Blitz – 1.85% Roll chance
- Greatly increases unit attacking speed
- Fortune – 2.5% Roll chance (Perfect for Farm units!)
- Increases unit income per wave
- Reduced placement cost
- Marksman – 6.5% Roll chance
- Greatly increases unit attack range/AOE
- Scholar – 10% Roll chance
- Increases unit EXP gain
Rare Traits
- Swift – 26% Roll chance
- Increases unit attack speed
- Range – 26% Roll chance
- Increases unit range/AOE
- Vigor – 26% Roll chance
- Increases unit damage per second
