Gamevil has announced the launch of their latest mobile game, Arcana Tactics. Players who are interested in the game can now download it from your local App or Play Store.
Arcana Tactics is a Hero-collection RPG with an unique gameplay. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a Korean Hero collection game with different battle mechanics that is actually interesting and require Players to think tactically.
At the start of each stage, Players will be given some basic one star heroes. After defeating each wave of enemies, you will be given more heroes where you can then combine them together with your current heroes to become a higher tier hero.
Each hero have their own class and skill sets thus it is important to have a well balance team. Memorizing the different hero combination can help you form better heroes later on in the game. You will have to decide whether or not to quickly combine a higher tier hero or wait for a better combination.
There are over 139 heroes in the game at launch. Most of them can be unlocked by playing or gacha. Having a 5-star hero at the start of the game may not be the best choice as you may not have the required 4-star heroes to combine them during battles.
Graphically, the game looks simple and decent. It’s a 2D side-scroller game with some flashy skills from each character.
If you’re looking for a new hero-collection RPG to play, especially one that requires a bit of thinking, Arcana Tactics is definitely not to be missed!
