Recently, I have been seeing a videos on this game while scrolling through TikTok and I finally decided to download the game after charging my long lost Android device.
Save the Doge is a simple puzzle game where you have to draw lines to prevent the bees from stinging the dog(e). The game reminds me of some of the earlier games that were available for smartphones during the iPhone 3 era. I am not sure if this is the original version that I’ve watched on TikTok as there are a few imitations, however this is definitely the most downloaded version.
Gameplay
The idea of the game is to draw lines to protect the bees from stinging the dog(s). As you advance to later stages, the environment will become more complicated and the bees will also become stronger and push or lift the line that you’ve drawn.
Rewards
The length of the line you draw will determine the number of stars you get for the particular stage. Every stage is different thus you will need to take note of the star bar on the top. In addition to the stars, you can also receive coins for passing each stage. The coins can be used to purchase different skins for your Doge.
Plenty of Ads
As this is a free casual game, do expect to see a lot of ads in-between stages. It seems that you can’t even pay to remove the ads for now. However, each ad is only about 5 to 10 seconds.
