Epic Seven, a turn-based mobile RPG developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate Megaport, has kicked off a series of new events ahead of the release of their new real-time PVP game mode, Guild War.
From January 24 until the official update, players can register through a special page on the official site to keep updated on the release of new content such as Guild War, and earn Covenant Bookmarks, Skystone, and other valuable in-game items.
The objective of the new Guild War game mode is to destroy the opposing Guild’s Stronghold. However, in order to reach the Stronghold, players first have to dismantle the surrounding defensive castles protected by enemy Guild members. Because battles happen in real-time, Guilds must focus on both attack and defense in order to achieve victory. Guilds must have at least 20 members to participate, and up to 25 members can participate in a Guild War at a time.
Although players will be rewarded simply for participating in a Guild War, a victory will yield far more valuable and impressive items. These include the new Mystery Bookmarks, which provide an opportunity to summon the newest Moonlight Heroes, and are expected to be one of the most coveted rewards from Guild Wars.
Smilegate have also prepared additional Facebook and Check-In events to run alongside the Stay Updated event. Through the Facebook Event, players have a chance to collectively receive Gold and Covenant Bookmarks once the official Epic Seven Facebook page reaches a certain amount of ‘likes’ and ‘shares,’ while the Check-In event offers numerous other awards including a 4-5 Star Hero Summon Ticket for logging in between January 24 and February 14.
