Epic Games has announced the launch of Fortnite on the Google Play Store. Android Players can now download the game directly through Google Play.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Fortnite, this is a Battle Royale game that is played the same over on its PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac and Switch version. The game uses a more “fantasy” approach to the Battle Royale genre, with the ability to collect resource and build walls and platforms while fighting other Players.
The game was previously available on Android through direct APK download from the official website due to some controversy between Epic Games and Google. If you’re really interested to find out more about the issue, it is actually all over the internet.
