This Monday one of the most iconic buildings in Los Angeles was decked out in a special 3D mapped projection to celebrate the first birthday of one of Genshin Impact’s most beloved characters. It was an event and a half, and we’ve got all the info about it right here.
The projection party was for Klee, a loveable Pyro scamp who ranks among most Genshin Impact’s players favorites. So, to celebrate her first anniversary, she was projected onto the side of the Roosevelt Hotel. That in itself would be pretty darn cool, but there are other reasons Klee’s party was so memorable.
For one thing, it was the first time that the Roosevelt Hotel had allowed a 3D mapped projection on its east wall. So not only did Klee get to celebrate her birthday in style, she got to set a first as well. How many of us can say that about our birthday parties?
The projection itself saw Klee receiving special Genshin Impact themed cakes, pulling off a variety of different reactions and generally having a lovely time, which is exactly what you’d want for someone on their birthday. The Knights of Flavonius – fans and players of Genshin Impact – were in attendance to wish Klee many happy returns as well.
