Ghoul RE Solace Guide – Blueprint and Materials

The Solace Quinque is one of the few crafted weapons CCG players can obtain. Unlike other Quinques, which players unlock by becoming a Rank 1 Investigator and handing over 2.5k Yen, the crafted Quinques are stronger.

To craft Solace, you’ll first need the Blueprint detailing the material requirements. The Solace Blueprint has a small drop chance from the Tatara Raid Boss. Summoning the boss means taking a trip to visit the “?” NPC who stands outside of the CCG Base (Recognised for her blonde hair and blue shirt).

In exchange for 5k Yen, she will allow the player to conjure one of the three raid bosses. If you’re in a party with other players, they’ll automatically teleport into the boss fight when Tatara is summoned.

Now, let’s get into the Solace material list! Fortunately, most of the drops needed to craft it also drop from the Tatara boss.

  • Deformed Kakuhou: x5
  • Refined Bikaku Fragment: x10
  • One-Eyed Fragment: x5
  • Bronze: x60
  • Kakuja Fragment: x15
  • Molded Gold: x55
  • Steel: x55

Solace Moveset

Unlike other Quinques, the Solace takes the unique form of a reversible bow or dagger, making it versatile in combat for long and short-range attacks.

  • Z Move: Flare
    • Leap into the air before firing a downward blast of blue flames on a target.
  • X Move: Incineration
    • Rapidly fire the bow, incinerating enemies in a barrage of blue flame blasts.
  • C Move: Pyroclasm
    • Fire a quick blast projectile at an opponent before rushing in and upwards kicking them.
  • C + M2: Pyroclasm Variant
    • It is the same as the C-Move, except it finishes by blasting an additional projectile at the enemy when they’re mid-air after the kick.
  • Y Move: Ignite
    • Toggle between using Solace as a bow or dagger.
  • Bow M1:
    • Costs flame bar to perform. It’s a standard one-shot projectile move.
  • Critical:
    • Charge and fire a powerful blast of blue flames at an enemy, obliterating them.
