Haikyu!!: The Dumpster Battle will be available on DVD and Blu-ray in Japan on October 30th, 2024, and will be available to purchase and rent. The release date for other countries is currently unknown.

Haikyu!!: The Dumpster Battle (also known as Battle Of The Garbage Dump) was first released in cinemas in Japan on February 16th, 2024. In Japan alone, the movie had 7.888 million views and grossed a total of around 11.29 billion Yen. They released the movie across other countries on May 31st, 2024.
There will be two editions of the DVD / Blu-ray for fans to enjoy. A regular edition, and a deluxe edition. The deluxe edition will come with two disks, and a clear outer case with a design drawn by Takahiro Kishida. The design will feature the beloved characters Tetsurō Kuroo and Kenma Kozume.
The deluxe edition will also feature a voice bonus, where Gather! Will have an audio screening and be re-recorded. It will also have a video bonus that has PVs, commercials, and stage greetings. There will also be a sticker sheet and a booklet included.
The Highs And Lows Of Volleyball
Currently, there are four seasons, five OVAs, and one movie in the Haikyu!! Franchise. The show centres around Karasuno High School and its volleyball team, taking a focus on Shōyō Hinata, the main character. It explores themes of friendship, sports, and navigating school life.
Haikyu!!: The Dumpster Battle shows the return of a school that’s repeatedly shown in the anime and manga, Nekoma High School. The movie focuses on Shōyō Hinata and Kenma Kozume, with their teams competing in a Volleyball match.
