Whilst rarity is usually a telling sign of strength, it isn’t always so cut and dry. This Heroes Online 2 Tier List ranks each Quirk from best to worst based on its combat flexibility and adaptiveness, so you know which to roll for!

What Each Tier Means
Before you go, let me quickly tell you what each of the Tiers means so you’re not left confused over my rankings!
- S – Overpowered! These busted Quriks outshine the rest across all essential combat stats.
- A – Great alternatives to the S-Tier if you’re unsure about risking a reroll. These Quirks boast strength and versatility, they’re just not the stars of the roster.
- B – These Quirks are rather average and niche. They do the trick and are fun to sample if you land with them, but if you’re after being the strongest, I’d suggest a reroll!
- C – Slipping into the weaker ranks, I’d encourage a reroll at this point since even for a beginner player these Quirks fall short. They lack strength and don’t perform well in the heat of combat.
- D – These are better than being a quirk-less hero, but hardly worth keeping. I’d recommend you perform a reroll as soon as possible since things can’t get much worse than this.
