Level Infinite has announced that they will be releasing the global version of Honor of Kings (王者荣耀). The game is slated to release later this year while the Close Beta Test of the game will be gradually rolled out in the coming months.
For those of you who don’t know about the game, Honor of Kings is a 5v5 MOBA that was first released in China in 2015. The game quickly rose to the number 1 spot and has racked in billions of dollars since then. Currently, there is an International version of the game called Arena of Valor and the characters are actually reskin to look more westernized. There are also popular IP characters from DC Comics.
The characters in Honor of Kings are more from the Chinese Legends and Mythology such as those from the 3 Kingdom era, Pan Gu, Lu Ban, Li Bai, Nu Wa and more.
