To commemorate her birthday, VOICEPEAK has launched a brand new Kasane Teto voice bank alongside a new appearance. This text-to-speech design allows users to create high-quality audio with five different emotional expressions.
Back in 2023 for her 15th anniversary, Kasane Teto, the digital UTAUloid got her Synthesizer V AI debut, featuring a new smooth voice bank and updated outfit. Since then, she’s risen in popularity and often appears in new Vocaloid songs which later go viral.
For example, back in February, McDonald’s Japan used Teto to advertise their Teriyaki Burger by remaking the infamous Tetoris video. In it, the lyrics were slightly altered, and she was redrawn to wear a yellow and red outfit to match the company’s colours. Each spin, she would hold a different McDonald’s food item, from cups to fries and chicken nuggets.
VOICEPEAK Kasane Teto
Back on VOICEPEAK, this latest digital diva design reimagination of Teto retains her iconic cute military-style fashion. She wears a dark skirt and cropped jacket with red and white accents and audio lines across the skirt and chest. This design feels like a homage to her darker UTAU outfit from her first-ever debut in 2008.
Her new VOICEPEAK has five built-in emotional ranges, including High, Low, Power, Sweet, and Whisper. Check out the VOICEPEAK trailer below to listen to her range!
The normal version of this VOICEPEAK Kasane Teto costs 13,800 Yen (approximately £71.72 GBP or $92.52 USD) and is currently reservation only. The full voice bank will launch on Thursday April 24th, 2025.

Project Voltage
Not only has Teto got a new voice bank to explore, but she has finally joined Project Voltage as a rival character! Designed by Bamboo on X (formerly Twitter), Rival Teto stunts a cool streetwear design, with her companion Pokemon, Pirouette Form Meloetta.
32ki, producer of Mesmerizer also released Facade Question today featuring Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto, as her first song apart of Project Voltage.
And finally, KEI, the original character designer for Hatsune Miku gave Teto a warm welcome into Project Voltage with a stunning new illustration featuring Sudowoodo and Mimikyu.
