Jujutsu Infinite Mission Essence Guide
Despite its seemingly restrictive name, Mission Essence drops from more than just… well… Missions! This core currency-like item drops from Investigations and Boss Raids as well. To join an Investigation, enter the yellow portal within Jujutsu High and make your selection. As for Boss Raids, they tend to offer more Essence given their difficulty and can be assigned via the Boss portal.
Of course, the easiest way to get it is through the Missions themselves. Inside the green circle appropriately named ‘Missions’ at Jujutsu High, a roster of 3 Missions will pop up each with a different requirement, reward and star rating difficulty. After selection, press ‘J’ to warp to the Missions location.
Mission Essence Uses
Mission Essence is essential (hah!) for increasing your Sorcerer Grade. Alongside other requirements such as level and cash, you’ll need to accumulate enough Mission Essence to prestige and reach new strengths.
In short, your Mission Essence allowance directly corresponds to your combat abilities and how well you perform in conflicts. This includes Story Mode, Missions, Raids, PvP, PvE… You get the gist.
When you’re ready to grade up, speak with the Clan Head NPC inside the Dojo at Jujutsu High to receive your new rank.
- Grade 5 (Non-Sorcerer) – Beginners.
- Grade 4 Requirements: Level 60, $5,000 and 25 Mission Essence
- Grade 3 Requirements: Level 120, $50,000 and 50 Mission Essence
- Grade 2 Requirements: Level 180, $100,000 and 100 Mission Essence
- Grade 1 Requirements: Level 240, $250,000 and 150 Mission Essence
- Special Grade Requirements: Level 300, $500,000 and 200 Mission Essence
