Instead of romance and cute wholesome vibes, the Love and Deepspace Valentine’s event is a little more spicy.
Throw out the flowers and teddy bears, and welcome in Wanted Notices and Psychological Tests in Love and Deepspace.
A Valentine’s Frenzy
The boys are ‘Praedators’; dangerous, almost feral humans. Whilst it seems that you know them already (which you do), this is either a new timeline or a fantasy scenario.
Throughout conversations with each of them, they hint that you have some sort of connection with them. They aren’t merely strangers.
Locked to a chair, the love interests whisper sweet noth- I mean threats into your ears. You need to sustain their sanity levels and strengthen your bonds.
New Memories Dominate the Event
The Memories that come with the Love and Deepspace Valentine’s event take place in the universe of Tomorrow’s Catch-22 storyline.
The men are under your control so to speak. The interactions with them during these Memory cards differ depending on the character and their plotlines.
As you wish on the limited-time banner, you accumulate points that unlock the event outfits (including the face accessories) and hairstyles for all 5 characters.
Speaking of the hairstyles, someone on the development team must have seen the long-haired edits players have been making…
Dark Romantasy
In my opinion, I’m happy with what we’ve got for the Valentine’s event! I know a lot of people were hoping for something a little sweeter, but dark romance fans (including myself) are thriving right now.
It’s kind of nice seeing them all act like rabid animals whilst they’re usually a bubbly or quiet type (Xavier and Rafayel, I’m looking at you). And then we have the stoic Zayne, who is now no more than a feral creature.
I understand the notion of wanting more romantic Memories though, and I’m sure there are more in the works for each love interest.
