It’s not every day you get to write news about this series! The upcoming NANA perfumes are a hot topic right now amidst fans. So, how can you get your hands on them?
On March 5th and 8 pm JST, the Libroaria store will have both perfumes available to reserve.
NANA Perfume Collaboration
There are two perfumes in the Libroaria collaboration, both taking inspiration from the main characters, Nana Osaki and Nana Komatsu (also known affectionately as Hachi). The fragrances feature scents based on their aesthetics and personalities.
No.7 and No.8 Scent Notes
No.7 Nana is Nana Osaki’s perfume, featuring orange and bergamot with a layer of musk, finished off with fresh roses. In a black and midnight blue bottle, there’s a large chain included which has a heart-shaped portrait of Nana Osaki, alongside the key to their apartment, Room 707.
No.8 Nana is Nana Komatsu’s fragrance. This one is more on the sweeter side to match Hachi’s bubbly personality, including scents of amber and berries. The pastel pink bottle features a more delicate chain embellished with pearl-like jewels. Like No.7 Nana, Hachi’s perfume has a charm with a portrait of her from the NANA manga, as well as the Room 707 key.
I think these scents are the perfect way to showcase their styles, with Hachi’s being sweet and dreamlike, as Nana Osaki’s embraces a more serious and strong scent, whilst still having a hint of sweetness from the orange.
The Boxes
Whilst the perfume bottles are available separately, there are special boxes that feature both of them together, tied with a bow and decorated with a picture of them both by the window in their apartment.
The individual boxes are just as charming, with Nana Osaki’s having a black and teal colour scheme as she sits at the table by the iconic window. The box itself is closed with yet another 707 Key charm. Nana Komatsu’s box is pastel pink, with an image of Hachi walking down the stairs in the apartment building.
