New vampire manga alert! ‘The Death-Seeking Lady is Adored By a Vampire’ began on March 21st. It follows a rich girl who meets a vampire, who ends up growing quite fond of her.
If you want to read it yourself, you can do so on the Comic Seymour app. However, I’m not sure there’s an English translation just yet, but there should be in due time!
The Main Plot of The Death-Seeking Lady is Adored By a Vampire
As the older sister, Adele Welch is not treated fairly by her family. Her younger sister is ill quite often, so as a result, Adele is often left in the dark and ignored. To make matters worse, her sister steals her fiance!
This manga covers darker topics, which leads to the main female protagonist visiting the grave of a family member to take her own life. But, a vampire appears out of nowhere and decides to save her life.
A Vampire and a Girl Meet…
With long silver hair and piercing red eyes, this vampire takes an interest in Adele, offering to take her life for himself. She submits to him and allows him to take care of her. Their relationship deepens and eventually… romance blossoms between the two characters.
To contrast his pale appearance, Adele Welch has striking red hair with icy blue eyes. From the looks of it, the story takes place in the 1800s or 1900s, due to the fashion they seem to be wearing in the promotional images.
Is There An English Translation Yet?
As mentioned above, the manga is brand-new, only starting today (at the time of writing this article), so there is no English translation just yet.
If it does well on the Comic Seymour app, there’s a chance we’ll get to read it at some point! I sure hope so – I love vampire romance stories. Plus, the main character has my name, which means I just have to read it!
