Miraibo GO, from developer Dreamcube, has been making headlines lately as a potential competitor to Palworld—which is itself a notorious competitor to Pokemon GO.
It would be difficult to imagine a more enticing pair of comparisons, and so we’re thrilled to reveal that Miraibo GO finally has a concrete release date. You’ll be able to play it, with cross-progression between mobile and PC, on October 10th.
Miraibo GO, is an open-world pal-like multiplayer survival game that sees you collecting monsters, exploring a vast fantasy environment, and generally trying to keep your menagerie of steadfast pets alive.
Once you’ve created your character in Miraibo GO, you can join a free, VIP, or Guild world. Or, why not, all three.
The game even maintains each world independently of the others, meaning you can have three separate collections of monsters with their own distinct skills and elements (plus progression including buildings, story, and so on).
And what do these monsters do once you’ve caught them? They fight, of course—but they also farm, build, manufacture, and generally help you to survive and thrive in Miraibo GO’s sprawling gameworld.
In return for all this help, you need to ensure that your monsters are fed, watered, rested, and entertained.
Weapons in Miraibo GO range from basic wooden sticks to bows and automatic rifles, while the targets you’ll encounter include a vast menagerie of more than 100 different monsters.
In pre-registration now, Miraibo GO has attracted well over 400,000 sign ups so far, smashing through its first two reward tiers. The next tier is 700,000, and after that a cool million.
If the pre-registration campaign hits that milestone in the next couple of weeks it’ll be rewards galore, including a special avatar frame and a 3-Day VIP Gift Pack.
To celebrate the impending launch, Dreamcube has also announced a special week-long Guild Assembly event, which will see popular content creators like NeddyTheNoodle and Nizar GG competing to recruit the most players into their guilds.
The 20 biggest guilds at the end of the event will get rewards and, even more importantly, bragging rights.
