Eager to get into the world of Type Soul but struggling to figure out how to do everything you need to do? Type Soul isn’t super forthcoming with its instructions, so it’s up to us at Kongbakpao to fill in the gaps. Type Soul Controls
So we’re discussing keybinds here. Touchscreen users will get all the main commands that appear on screen. This makes it simpler… but a bit harder to actually control unless you have about four hands.
Keybinds are at least easier to hit.
- LMB (Left Mouse) – Melee Attack
- WASD – Movement
- W (Double Tap) – Sprint
- Space – Jump
- Q – Dodge/ Flashstep (If you have the skill.)
- F – Block
- E – Draw Weapon (As a Shinigami, Quincy, or Arrancar)
- 1-9 – Use Assigned Skill/ Used Assigned Item
- CTRL + J – Activate Transformation
- R – Special Attack
- N – Opens Inventory/Skill Menu
- M – Meditate (As a Shinigami)
- P – Purify Souls (As a Shinigami)
- B – Grip (As a Shinigami, Quincy, or Arrancar)/Eat (As a Hollow.)
- V – Carry (As Shinigami, Quincy, or Arrancar)
- Z – Shikai/Partial Resurrection/Schrift Skill (If you have one.)
- X – Shikai/Partial Resurrection/Schrift (If you have one.)
- C – Shikai/Partial Resurrection/Schrift (If you have one.)
- T – Bankai/Full Resurrection/Vollstandig (If you have one.)
- G – Bankai/Full Resurrection/Vollstandig (If you have one.)
- CTRL + K – Pull Off Mask (As a Hollow.)/ Break Chain Of Fate (As a Lost Soul.)
Different species and upgrade paths may have controls added or missing, and we’ve tried to indicate where those apply. If a command doesn’t work it might be because your character doesn’t allow for it yet. Hollows, for example, are pretty limited on what they can do. The downsides of being a monster.
