Getting your hands on Hogyoku Fragments can be a tricky process. Don’t worry, my Type Soul Hogyoku Fragment Guide is here to help! I’ll talk you through what these fragments are, and the best ways for you to get them.

You can play on the official Roblox website. For more Type Soul posts, we have a Type Soul Skill Box Guide and a Type Soul Bankai Guide for you to look at.

Type Soul Hogyoku Fragment Guide

You use Hogyoku Fragments to evolve into a different race. You only have a 0.5% chance of obtaining these Legendary fragments, which is extremely slim! Luckily, there are a few ways to get your hands on them.

Just a word of warning: you can drop these fragments if you die, meaning other players can snatch them up! Either store them away or make sure you don’t die.

Race Evolution

For a Vizard and Letzt Stil evolution, you will need 10 Hogyoku Fragments. Once you have them, you can consume them to evolve from a Quincy to Letzt Stil, and a Shinigami to Vizard.

There is a different process involved if you want to become a Vastocar. Luckily, we have a Type Soul Vasto Lorde Guide that talks you through it!

How To Obtain

Now that you know how to use the fragments, let’s go through some of the best ways to get them.

  • Raids – Participating in Boss Raids such as Hueco Mundo, Soul Society, and Wandenreich is one of the easiest ways to get fragments. However, it’s still not that easy, as they have such a small drop chance! I recommend entering raids with friends, as the bosses are difficult to beat alone.
  • Trading – If you get lucky, you may find someone who will trade their Hogyoku Fragments.
  • Ranked – This is still worth a mention, although it’s not the best way. For fragments to have a chance to be dropped, you must reach Silver.
  • AFK World – To enter, you need a World Ticket. Once you’re in, you have the chance to pick up some great items! Items will drop every 20 minutes.
