Weak Legacy 2 Sun Breathing Guide
Sun Breathing is undoubtedly the strongest Breathing technique currently in-game. It enjoys a V2 upgrade that skyrockets its already overpowered movesets during V1. Such a powerful ability isn’t easy to obtain and will fetch you a large sum of Yen and grinding.
To get the Sun Breathing ability, you must visit the Sun Breathing Trainer NPC (Yoriichi) atop the mountain that stands tall at the centre of the entire game map. In exchange for a Sun Soul item and 5k Yen, he will teach you Sun Breathing.
I covered the Sun Soul more in-depth in the guide linked above. But in short, you must defeat the Tanjiro Raid Boss for a chance to obtain it. The Tanjiro Raid boss resides at Slayer HQ and only level 30+ players can take him on in combat.
Sun Breathing V1
Once you’ve become a Sun Breather, you’ll have to work your way through its Mastery which feeds off your player levels and a sum of Yen to unlock every move.
- Dance (First form) – Sun Soul, 5k Yen, Level 30
- Clear Blue Sky (Second form) – 10k Yen, Level 50
- Raging Sun (Third Form) – 12k Yen, Level 70
- Burning Bones Summer (Fourth Form) – 15k Yen, Level 90
- Hinokami (Fifth Form) – 20k Yen, Level 110
Sun Breathing V2
Sun Breathing V2 is only available once you’ve completed the V1 Mastery, and joined the Kamado Clan through Clan Spins. The Kamado Clan has an extremely slim 0.1% obtainment rate and offers the following buffs alongside V2 access:
- +20 Strength
- +230 Durability
- +0.5x EXP Stack
Once you’re in the Kamado Clan and have V1 Mastered, head back to the Yoriichi NPC and speak to him. Yoriichi will ask you to complete a Raid where upon success you gain V2. Gaining V2 unlocks a new roster of movesets for the player to unlock and master:
- Setting Sun Transformation (First Form) – Gained post Raid.
- Sunflower Thrust (Second Form) – 18k Yen, Level 140
- Fire Wheel (Third Form) – 20k Yen, Level 160
- Beneficent Raidance (Fourth Form) – 23k Yen, Level 180
- Sun Halo Dragon Head Dance – 25k Yen, Level 200
