What Is The Best Race in Verse Piece?
More than heritage, Races are sometimes necessary for different Spec or Weapon obtainments. However, when you’re done collecting these different damage dealers, what race should you settle on?
It might seem like a no-brainer to aim for any of the highest rarity Races, but even amongst them is inequality, and one Race stands above its peers…
Fallen Angel
The Fallen Angel is my personal choice for the best race in Verse Piece. It has excellent stat enhancers and a stunning angelic cosmetic to match. Despite being Exotic in rarity, this race has a unique quest obtainment rather than rolled for.
Players must be level 5,000+ and take on the Fallen Angel Quest to kill x10 Fallen Angel bosses to obtain this race.
Enough of that. This insane lineage has a passive smite, which makes it incredible for combat. Every time a player of this race deals damage, there’s a chance for a Smite of Sword to collapse from the sky, dealing huge AoE DMG. This move renders enemies stunned and unable to move, and its overall power scales from the player’s Special Stat.
Dullahan
Dullahans are unique in that they’re a force to be reckoned with at night time but are less threatening during the day. This race is Exotic in rarity and has a 0.05% roll chance.
Identified by the large fiery cross on the player’s back, Dullahans have a 0.5x DMG Multiplier during the daytime. Nothing spectacular. However, at nightfall, this increases to a x3 DMG Multiplier alongside attacking moves inflicting burn damage on enemies, scaling from the players Special Stat.
Half-Cyborg
I feel like the Half-cyborg is my most controversial race on this list. However, its buffs are just too good to dismiss! Again, this race is of Exotic rarity, with a slim 0.05% roll chance.
Alongside a cool bionic eye cosmetic, Half-Cyborg players have their health doubled, and all incoming damage is reduced by 75%.
To put this into perspective, not only can they tank double the damage from a non-cyborg player with similar stats, but it takes 75% more effort from attacks NPC or otherwise to kill them. The Half-Cyborg race is built to withstand even the most devastating attacks; they’re extremely resilient, which gives them the upper hand in combat.
